• Opstellen van de visie van het RPA team.
• Het bijdragen aan interne en externe communicatie rondom RPA binnen het concern.
• Het rapporteren over de KPI’s rondom RPA aan de stakeholders.
• Het interne team naar een hoger kennisniveau tillen

• Het uitwerken van de visie van het RPA team.
• Het begeleiden van het concern in het gebruik van het RPA-dienstverleningsproces in alle verschijningsvormen (waaronder factsheets, presentaties en documenten).
• Het ondersteunen van het concern bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe ideeën door het organiseren van harvests.

• Het onderhouden en delen van actuele kennis over Slimme automatiseringen en RPA in het algemeen en UiPath in het bijzonder.
• Het trainen en begeleiden van developers in het bouwen van automatiseringen in UiPath.
• Het implementeren en onderhouden van dashboards t.b.v. de KPI’s.
• Het onderhouden van de bibliotheek met concern breed herbruikbare componenten.
• Het ondersteunen van het concern bij het toetsen van de haalbaarheid van RPA op een proces, inclusief het beoordelen van de geschiktheid van specifieke applicaties.
• Het adviseren en begeleiden in het optimale gebruik van UiPath en de herbruikbare componenten.

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met UiPath Studio en UiPath Orchestrator, opgedaan in de afgelopen 7 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met het ontwikkelen van dashboards in Power BI opgedaan in de afgelopen 3
• Je hebt in de afgelopen 5 jaar RPA-ontwikkelaars getraind en opgeleid
• Je hebt werkervaring met de programmeertalen: Python en/of R
• Je bent UIPath Certified Professional Associate RPA Developer en UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional
• Je hebt werkervaring met Github, Bitbucket of Azure Devops

• Je hebt werkervaring bij een gemeentelijke organisatie met tenminste 250.000 inwoners
• Je hebt in de afgelopen 5 jaar werkervaring opgedaan met Agile werken in een scrumteam
• Je hebt in de afgelopen 5 jaar gewerkt met Power Platform

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
