Financieel Specialist/ Backoffice Medewerker - cluster BCO

• Bied je voornamelijk ondersteuning tijdens het jaarrekening proces. Werkzaamheden die daarbij horen zijn: het opstellen van memorialen, projectmemorialen, activeringen, onttrekkingen reserves, transitorische posten, aansluitingen en verloopstaten;
• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor reguliere controles op de betrouwbaarheid, volledigheid en juistheid van cijfers.
• Voer je analyses uit op de cijfers, toets je gegevens aan het budgettair kader en signaleer je afwijkingen.
• Ondersteun je de financieel adviseur (frontoffice) bij het opstellen van rapportages voor interne sturing.
• Zorg je voor tijdige en correcte aanlevering van onderdelen van de P&C-documenten (uitvragen, concept financiële toelichtingen).
• Verwerk je wijzigingsverzoeken in begroting en prognose in de financiële administratie en andere financiële systemen.
• Ondersteun je de financieel adviseur bij het ontwikkelen van stuurinformatie voor de business.

• Je hebt een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding op het gebied van Bedrijfseconomie, Controlling of Accountancy
• Je hebt minimaal drie jaar werkervaring binnen het vakgebied financial reporting/financiën en/of finance en control. Deze ervaring heb je opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal drie jaar gemeentelijke ervaring. Deze ervaring heb je opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Excel en Oracle Fusion
• Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van en werkervaring met Besluit begroten en verantwoorden (BBV)
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift

• Je hebt minimaal één jaar kennis en werkervaring met de systemen Cognos Analytics en Oracle
• Je hebt minimaal één jaar werkervaring met het opstellen van analyses en adviezen ten behoeve van interne stuurinformatie
• Je hebt werkervaring binnen een middelgrote gemeente als Financieel Analist/ Financieel Expert
• Je hebt minimaal één jaar werkervaring met advisering over agendaposten, inrichtingsvraagstukken en administratieve werkwijzen en procedures

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
