Business Analyst Position at Rabobank

As a Business Analyst at Rabobank, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and innovating our operations, particularly in the field of credit report generation. You will conduct business and information analyses across data, products, processes, and services, translating specific business needs into usable IT solutions.

Your work will directly support the development and implementation of Gen AI capabilities, empowering credit analysts to focus on deep analysis and high-impact work.

Top 3 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems and processes, analyse business processes from a user perspective, and present solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of relevant internal and external stakeholders to support the organisation’s objectives.
  • Stay up to date with developments in the professional field and contribute to knowledge transfer within and outside your department.

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Master’s degree (preferably in a technical field)
  • Experience in the banking sector
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT projects
  • Knowledge of prompting techniques
  • Experience with Data and AI technologies

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
