Agile coach/ senior Scrum Master - cluster SB

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en naleving van de Agile en Scrum waarden en principes binnen het team en je bent de procescoach.
• Je zorgt middels de Scrum principes “inspect & adapt” dat teams zich continu blijven ontwikkelen zowel qua productiviteit als kwaliteit.
• Zorgt dat de verantwoordelijke business consultant in staat is om te sturen op de omgeving zodat het team maximale productiviteit haalt.

• Help je de Product Owner en team om hun werk transparant te maken en de communicatie tussen het team en stakeholders te optimaliseren
• Help je de organisatie om de Agile mindset en het Scrum framework te begrijpen
• Waar nodig draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen en stimuleren van het Lean & Agile gedachtegoed in de vorm van producten en/of diensten etc.

• Je beschikt over een PSM2, SAFe SPC en PSPO2 certificaat
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Agile coach opgdaan in de afgelopen 8 jaar
• Je hebt tenminste 4 jaar werkervaring als Senior Scrum Master in de afgelopen 8 jaar

• Je hebt ervaring als Agile coach en/of Scrum Master bij een gemeente met tenminste 250.000 inwoners
• Je hebt werkervaring met Agile Scrumteams die informatieproducten ontwikkelen (bijvoorbeeld backend en frontend developers, data-analisten en/of BI analisten)
• Je hebt werkervaring met Waterval- en Agile-combinaties, Continuous Delivery, en DevOps-tools, zoals bijvoorbeeld Jira
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met datagedreven werken, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met een Data Analyse Competence Center
• Je hebt werkervaring in het domein parkeren aangevuld met ervaring op het gebied van handhaving en/of toezicht

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
