Role within Chapter Global AI
As a future member of the Chapter Global AI, your primary responsibility will be to support the program manager of the AI Act Implementation program. This program encompasses various workstreams, ranging from policy development to operationalizing AI practices within the organization.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this program. Your tasks will involve coordinating efforts across different teams, aligning with stakeholders, and overseeing the program’s progress. You’ll collaborate closely with the Program Manager to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive effective implementation of the new legal framework.
Requirements for the Role
To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth expertise in the AI Act and related regulations. Your understanding of the legal landscape surrounding AI will be crucial.
As one of the go-to persons for AI-related regulation matters, you’ll provide insights and recommendations to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries. You will actively support the team and the program manager in the progress of the program, contributing to business analysis and change management/implementation efforts. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will come into play as you identify areas for improvement.
Your Contribution to Our Team
By collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll facilitate the adoption of new AI policies and practices. Your goal is to ease the transition and enhance the quality of AI implementation across the organization. Whether it’s communicating changes, addressing challenges, or refining processes, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI governance within Rabobank.

Requirements
You and Your Talent
Experience: You have demonstrated success at a (digital) consulting job, including managing complex projects and/or clients.
Education: Master's degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; affinity with (Gen)AI.
Project Management: You know how to manage projects effectively.
AI Governance: Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and inventory systems.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Skill Set: You embody a diverse set of skills and qualities such as storytelling, stakeholder management, effective strategizing, and efficient change management.
Energy and Enthusiasm: You thrive in a creative and pioneering environment with the ability to negotiate and influence for introducing new ideas or achieving common solutions.
Social Skills: As a team player, you strike the right balance between talking and listening and can connect different kinds of people from lower management to the board level.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English proficiency; Dutch fluency is a plus.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
