Als BPM/ARIS Specialist bouw je aan toekomstvast proces management

Van methodiek en metamodel tot aan tooling, datakwaliteit, dashboards, GDP integraties en adoptie. Met behulp van ARIS maken wij proceskennis toegankelijk voor lezers, voor modelleurs, voor proceseigenaren, risk/compliance, IT en management. Je verbindt strategie, capabilities, end to end processen, risico’s & controls en IT-ondersteuning en zorgt dat we consistent, aantoonbaar compliant en continu verbeterend werken.

Waar ligt jouw focus?

1) BPM & Architectuur (methode, metamodel, kwaliteit)

• Ontwerpen, beheren en doorontwikkelen van de ARIS methode (BPMN 2.0 leidend; EPC/ArchiMate aanvullend waar passend).

• BPM conventies en richtlijnen: o.a. Level 1/2/3, pools/lanes, message flows, subprocessen/call activities, events (timer/error/escalation/message), gateways, boundary events, exception handling, handover patronen.

• Traceability: van value streams & capabilities naar end to end processen, risico’s & controles, beleidsdocumenten, work instructions, kengetallen en IT assets (met ArchiMate viewpoints).

• Kwaliteitsborging: review framework (peer reviews), automated checks, “definition of ready/done” voor publicatie in ARIS Connect.

• Standaardbibliotheken: rollen, applicaties, risk/control objecten, dataobjecten, templates en best practices.

2) Enablement van proceseigenaren & designers

• Coach en adviseur voor proceseigenaren: van procesdoel en KPI’s naar scherp gedefinieerde scope, handhaafbare controls en meetbare waarde.

• Opleidingspad en community of practice voor modelleurs: fundamentals → advanced (events/exception flows) → expert (end to end ketens, compliance, performance).

• Workshop sessies/clinics: hands-on modelleren, hergebruik van patronen en templating, “from as is to to be”.

• Publicatie & communicatie: hoe presenteer je processen in ARIS Connect voor verschillende doelgroepen (lezers, auditors, IT, operations).

3) ARIS platform (cloud), lifecycle & integratie

• Functioneel beheer: toegang/licenties, rechtenmodel, datadomeinen, performance, tenantbeheer in Software AG Cloud.

• Release & upgrade management: teststrategie, UAT, release notes op maat (impact voor Rabobank), communicatie & adoptie.

• Queries & rapportages: ARIS Queries/Reports (JavaScript), datakwaliteitsscripts, dashboards; meedenken over filters & templates met het Standards & Frameworks advisory board.

• Integraties: ARIS REST API, koppelingen naar o.a. risk/compliance tools, documentatie- en ticketing systemen (bijv. Confluence/Jira/ServiceNow).

• Security & compliance: rolgebaseerde toegang, dataclassificaties, auditability/logging en lifecycle governance.

4) Samenwerking & governance

• Dagelijkse samenwerking met proceseigenaren, procesmanagers, IT, risk/compliance, enterprise en procesarchitecten.

• Advisory board: methodes, taalgebruik, templates, versiebeheer, en besluitvorming over wijzigingen.

• Roadmap: van professionalisering naar marktconforme standaarden, meer automatisering (checks/quality gates) en hergebruik.

5) Dashboards & Data Analytics in ARIS

• Ontwerpen en beheren van ARIS dashboards voor:

  • Proceskwaliteit (conformiteit, volledigheid, hergebruik).

  • Adoptie & gebruik (actieve modelleurs, publicaties, leesstatistieken).

  • Compliance readiness (traceability van risico’s, controls en processen).

  • Operationele performance inzichten waar procesdata dit ondersteunt.

• Gebruik van ARIS Query/Report scripting (JavaScript) en SQL om KPI’s en datakwaliteit inzichtelijk te maken.

• Adviseren over visualisatie en narrative richting management en auditors; inrichting van rol specifieke dashboards.

6) Data ontsluiting via het Global Data Platform (GDP)

• Ontwikkelen van data extracties en API integraties vanuit ARIS naar het Global Data Platform.

• Samenwerken met data engineers en IT architecten om procesdata beschikbaar te maken voor:

  • Risk & compliance tooling (RCM, audit, control testing).

  • Analytics/BI (bijv. Power BI, Tableau).

  • Rapportage en datagedreven besluitvorming.

• Waarborgen van datakwaliteit, lineage, security (RBAC/SSO) en governance (metadata, privacy/GDPR) bij ontsluiting.

• Definiëren van datamodellen en contracten (schema’s, semantiek, refresh frequentie, SLA’s) voor herbruikbare datasets.

Voorbeelden uit de praktijk

• Alle end to end processen worden in ARIS vastgelegd en geactualiseerd; dagelijks sluiten nieuwe gebruikers aan die coaching en duidelijke richtlijnen nodig hebben.

• Herzien en opschonen van bestaande content; optuigen van kwaliteitslagen met meetbare drempelwaarden (compleetheid, conformiteit, herbruikbaarheid).

• Conventiebeheer: methode/taal van procesmanagement en praktische “how to’s” voor modelleurs en proceseigenaren.

• Tool lifecycle: plannen/begeleiden van upgrades, uitvoeren van UAT, publiceren van relevante release notes.

• Dashboards: publiceren van kwaliteits- en adoptiedashboards in ARIS; GDP pipelines voor downstream analytics & compliance.

Je levert op (deliverables)

• ARIS methode & BPMN richtlijnen (incl. voorbeelden, do’s/don’ts, patronen).

• Templates & bibliotheken (rollen, objecttypen, risico/controle sjablonen, architectuur viewpoints).

• Kwaliteitskaders: reviewchecklists, modelkwaliteit rapportages, publicatiecriteria.

• Trainingsmateriaal: e-learning, handboeken, quick reference guides, tutorial video’s.

• ARIS dashboards: kwaliteit, adoptie, compliance, performance (waar van toepassing).

• Rapportages & scripts: Queries/Reports, datakwaliteitsscripts.

• Release notes & wijzigingsvoorstellen: vertaald naar Rabobank impact.

• GDP data producten: gestandaardiseerde datasets + API contracten voor veilige ontsluiting.

Succescriteria & KPI’s

• Modelkwaliteit (conformiteit aan BPMN/methode) >= X%.

• Doorlooptijd intake → publicatie o.b.v. quality gates.

• Adoptie: % actieve modelleurs, training completion rate, NPS van proceseigenaren.

• Herbruikbaarheid: % processen dat standaardpatronen/templates gebruikt.

• Datakwaliteit: % objecten met verplichte attributen (eigenaar, KPI, control, applicatie).

• Compliance readiness: aantoonbare traceability RCM → processen → controls → audit.

• Dashboard dekking: % domeinen met actuele dashboards; refresh SLA gehaald.

• GDP ontsluiting: # data producten live, downstream gebruik, foutpercentages, data lineage compleet.

Jij & jouw talent (must haves)

• Een afgeronde (IT) HBO of WO opleiding.

• Aantoonbare affiniteit met IT, architectuur en procesmanagement.

• Sterke kennis van BPM concepten in het algemeen en BPMN 2.0 in het bijzonder (modelleren én coachen/opleiden).

• Kennis van EPC en ArchiMate (traceability tussen business & IT).

• Ervaring met ARIS (Connect, Designer, Architect) of aantoonbare leercurve; JavaScript voor ARIS rapportage; SQL voor analyses/rapporten.

• Basiskennis van API’s, datamodellering en ETL concepten; samenwerken met data engineers/architecten.

• Stakeholdermanagement: van werkvloer tot C level, incl. risk/compliance en auditors.

• Resultaatgericht, samenwerkingsgericht en oplossingsgericht – je maakt complexe dingen eenvoudig en bruikbaar.

Pré’s

• Ervaring met Software AG Cloud, ARIS REST API, SSO/RBAC en GDP integraties.

• Kennis van procesperformance (KPI design), LEAN/Six Sigma, operating model & capability mapping.

• Ervaring met risk & control frameworks (vertaling van DNB/ECB/ORM eisen naar ARIS).

• Bekendheid met DMN (decision modeling) als onderdeel van proceslogica waar relevant.

• Ervaring met Power BI/Tableau en data governance (metadata, lineage, privacy/GDPR).
