Azure DevOps (AzDO) Engineer
Job description
At Consumer Interaction, we are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps (AzDO) Engineer for a new squad.
As part of a Squad under Consumer Interaction, Tech4Engineering, we focus on improving the user experience and alignment within the bank for work-item management using Azure Boards. We will work in close collaboration with teams responsible for Portfolio Management, our Agile way of working (Chapter Simplify @ Scale) and other Azure DevOps Squads.
Providing a standard setup for Azure DevOps Boards to facilitate an easy roll out and kickstart new teams. Adding services (e.g. extensions) to help engineers during their daily work. And an initial focus on bringing AzDO projects from a wide range of customized processes to bring uniformity to AzDO processes and so increase alignment potential for Portfolio Management. This comes with challenges regarding decisions, communication and roll-out throughout Rabobank, balancing a wide variety of wishes with simplification and overall usability.
This mission on Standardizing Azure DevOps Processes makes us the leading Squad on work-item management as well as involvement in many initiatives at other Tribes within Rabobank to align Standardization, paving the way for Cross-Tribe alignment, smoothening connections across Tribes and Domains, while providing sufficient freedom to squads to focus on their work as much autonomous as to be efficient.

• Configuration of Azure DevOps Teams and Boards
• Our Tech4Engineering Tribe Project

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
