• Het Commercial Platform binnen Schiphol bestaat uit multidisciplinaire teams met verantwoordelijkheid voor het creëren, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van nieuwe en bestaande business applicaties, producten en services.
• De teams weerspiegelen het belang van digitale en commerciële activiteiten voor Schiphol Group, met een hoge ambitie op het gebied van kwaliteit, klantbeleving, winstgevendheid en duurzaamheid.
• Het ontwikkelen, verbeteren en onderhouden van o.a. onze website en app is onderdeel van onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
• Met 3.000 trotse collega’s werken we aan onze missie: ‘the world’s most sustainable and high quality airports’.

About the department

De afdeling Commercieel Platform is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van (nieuwe) digitale producten en diensten die de passagierservaring verbeteren en bijdragen aan een efficiëntere operatie op Schiphol.

Ons portfolio bestaat uit digitale oplossingen, waarmee reizigers hun trip kunnen plannen van huis tot aan de gate, soepel door de luchthaven kunnen navigeren, en wachttijden verkort. Ook zitten in ons portfolio de oplossingen die de passagierservaring net wat meer ontspannen en luxe maken, zoals de online Retail en Privium ervaring.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
