Rabobank is simplifying and modernising the Financial Accounting and Product Control & Accounting landscape. Within Tribe Finance & Product Control, our squads maintain and build new cloud solutions that will be used within the entire Rabobank.

As a S/4HANA IT Business Analyst, you will work together with Architecture, Tech leads, DevOps teams, and Product Owners to optimise, monitor, design, and maintain the SAP landscape for the One Finance application within our bank. We have successfully realised the S/4HANA rollout within the Netherlands and will continue with optimization and global rollout.

  • Location is Utrecht, but we work in a hybrid manner

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic senior S/4HANA Finance consultant to join our team as an IT business analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to understand their business processes and requirements
  • Design and implement changes to our Finance system ‘One Finance’ (concerning Finance, Tax)
  • Provide guidance to customers on best practices for Finance in S/4HANA
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful delivery

Competences:

Customer focus, good communication skills, ownership, and expectation management are clearly essential for the role of SAP S/4HANA IT Business Analyst. And needless to say, a team player!

You should be able to perform SAP S/4HANA Finance consultancy activities. Coordination and monitoring of cloud applications will become more and more important, as well as safeguarding security aspects.

In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in everything in the checklist below:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an S/4HANA Finance consultant;
  • Experience with general ledger setup and processes;
  • Experience with Tax setup;
  • Experienced in (international) rollout projects;
  • Experienced in stakeholder management;
  • Experience with methods like Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch languages, both written and spoken.
