• Ensuring the reliability and scalability of our integration platforms, crucial for airport functionality.

The Core Integration Platform team provides an always-on Airport Service Bus (ASB) and managed file transfer (MFT). The ASB guarantees delivery of messages from hundreds of parties across the aviation sector. This dedicated platform implements information exchange based on Enterprise Service Bus technology. All major IT systems supporting the primary business processes exchange information via the ASB to both internal IT systems and those of sector partners like KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Air Traffic Control (ATC).

• Minimal 5 years of experience in developing Java applications
• Experience with the Quarkus framework
• Hands-on experience with Camel and container technology such as OpenShift, Docker or AKS
• VOG is mandatory for this assignment (cost: €33.85, to be covered by the supplier)
• The candidate must have a valid ID (passport or identity card), which must be presented for verification during the intake and on the contract start date

• Messaging (AMQ, Kafka, JMS, and AMQP) (pré)
• CI/CD (Maven, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD) (pré)
• Enterprise Integration Patterns (Hohpe & Woolf) (pré)

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
