Project scope

Marketing Automation with AI for KPN consumer market. We enhance commercial personalization for millions of KPN customers using our contextual re-inforcement learning solution selecting the Next Best Action.

Goal of assignment

• Run and improve existing machine learning model (MLOps)
• Lead debugging of complex data value chain
• Design robust data pipeline for our evaluation metric
• Help coordinate business requirements, prepare insights and backlog for business and IT stakeholders working together in agile AI team (analyst, product owner, MLE)
• Help prioritize and shape agile sprints according to personalization roadmap and vision
• Understand and improve our Marketing Personalisation Ecosystem

Goal of department

Design, develop and operate AI solutions that make tangible business impact for the KPN consumer market. The department consists of Analytical Translators, Data scientists and Machine Learning Engineers (~10 FTE).

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong conceptual skills: being able to oversee and debug complex data value chains within marketing IT ecosystem
• Proven track record of operationalizing AI solutions that generate business value with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a complex corporate environment; preferably marketing automation or campaigning
• Highly experienced with SQL, Python and advanced machine learning models. Preferred experience with Dataiku DSS, Adobe AEP, Polars
• Emphasizing a strong sense of ownership, showcasing collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, with a preference for understanding or speaking Dutch

Results

• Create proven business impact using AI models for Omnichannel Personalizations
• Deliver new personalization solutions according to personalization roadmap and vision

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
