Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pega Engineer in our organization, you will spearhead our FEC initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
