Je werkt tevens nauw samen met de technisch applicatiebeheerders van het team. Daarbij heb je continu aandacht voor optimalisatie en continu verbeteren.

Je wordt betrokken bij verschillende facetten van het domein. Je dient de vereisten van je stakeholders te kennen en kunt deze vertalen naar functionele uitvoer voor applicatiebeheer en gebruik. Daarnaast kun je verwachtingen adequaat managen.

Een andere belangrijke taak is betrokken en up-to-date te blijven van elke wijziging die van invloed kan zijn op onze dataprocessen. Deze wijzigingen kunnen betrekking hebben op nieuwe releases van de applicatie of wijzigingsvereisten van APG.

Alle activiteiten worden uitgevoerd in afstemming met de betrokken teamleden en met de betrokken business units / teams binnen de organisatie.

De nadruk in deze opdracht ligt op functioneel beheer van onze SAS DWH applicatie. Onderdeel van je taken zijn met name gericht op:

• Functioneel (incident)management
• Gebruikservaringen
• Troubleshooting
• Overleg en afstemming met relevante data-teams, leveranciers en eindgebruikers
• Het geven van advies over de optimalisatie van de software
• Bijdragen aan de inrichting van het identity and access management proces

Jouw Profiel

Als DevOps Engineer ben je een specialist in het vinden van oplossingen. Je denkt in kansen en bent servicegericht. Eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid nemen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je hebt een pragmatische instelling en bent gemotiveerd om kwaliteit te leveren. Daarnaast heb je de bereidheid om aanvullende vaardigheden te ontwikkelen of te verbeteren (T-shaping). Je werkt met een continuous improvement mindset, oftewel je zult constant aandacht besteden aan verbeteringen en automatisering waar mogelijk.

Al dit werk zal worden gedaan in een veranderend landschap van applicaties en processen, dus het hebben van een visie op applicaties binnen het AM-domein is een groot pluspunt.

Locatie en Team

Amsterdam heeft als standplaats de voorkeur. Het team bestaat uit 11 DevOps Engineers die met name gericht zijn op het volledige functionele en technische beheer van onze data-applicaties: te weten S&P EDM en SAS Data Warehouse. Naast de eerste- en tweedelijns ondersteuning van diverse systemen en processen, zorgt het team ook voor de monitoring van alle inkomende en uitgaande datastromen van en naar vendoren en het rapporteren over al deze processen naar de stakeholders binnen het Asset Management domein.

Niet alleen verzorgt ons team de operationele beheer activiteiten, ook het lifecycle management voor de systemen en ondersteuning aan de change- en operationsteams behoort tot de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. We werken daarvoor niet alleen samen met teams binnen APG Asset Management, maar ook met teams bij APG IT (SIS) en ons Fondsenbedrijf. Uiteraard werken we ook nauw samen met externe partijen, waaronder data- en applicatieleveranciers.

Het team vervult daarmee een cruciale rol in de (data-)kern van ons bedrijf en is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de applicaties S&P EDM en SAS Data Warehouse. Kwaliteit is derhalve van groot belang.

Vereisten

• Ervaring met (functioneel) SAS DWH
• Ervaring met Functioneel applicatiemanagement
• Ervaring met het nauw samenwerken met interne en externe functionele en technische stakeholders, waarbij je klantbehoeftes kunt vertalen naar functionele toepassingen (zowel lokaal als in de cloud)
• Kennis van identity & Access Management (IAM) processen
• Groot probleemoplossend vermogen
• Vaardig met de Engelse taal
