Vacature: Technisch Beheerder Dynamics F&O

Binnen de DevOps teams Belastingen en Drinkwater zijn we op zoek naar een technisch beheerder op het gebied van Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Samen met de collega's van het team ga je werken aan het beheren en stabiel houden van de omgeving waarin de waterschapsbelasting en de drinkwaterfacturatie draaien. Als DevOps engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van applicaties binnen de belasting- en drinkwaterketen.

Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt in ons team en zorgt ervoor dat richtlijnen op het gebied van architectuur, beveiliging en privacy strikt worden nageleefd. Met jouw kennis van de Microsoft Dynamics 365 en omliggende applicaties help je mee om de omgeving stabiel te houden en waar nodig verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat ga je doen?

• Correctief- en adaptief technisch applicatiebeheer uitvoeren op de applicaties Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, MEEP, Gouwbelastingen (GouwIT) en BelastingObjecten (Xxllnc);
• Oplossen van gebruikersincidenten, beantwoorden van vragen, en uitvoeren van serviceverzoeken, onder andere Azure gerelateerd;
• Registreren van certificaten en secrets;
• Inrichten en beheren van een monitoring dashboard op beschikbaarheid en performance van de applicatie (Azure Application Insight);
• Aansluiten en beheren van technische koppelingen met externe bronnen (BRP, Digilevering, KVK, BAG, etc.);
• Beheren van Azure componenten: onder andere App Services, Kubernetes, en Logic Apps;
• Identificeren en oplossen van security en netwerkgerelateerde zaken (onder andere key rotaties);
• Functies als technisch (coördinerend) sparringpartner voor externe leverancier(s) en interne afdelingen, zoals het Online team, het integratieteam, server- en netwerkbeheer;
• Adviseren van zowel de Product Owner, teamleden als stakeholders over functionaliteiten en mogelijke oplossingen (Scrum refinements);
• Leveren van (acceptatie)criteria ter bevordering van de beheersbaarheid in het ontwikkelproces;
• Deelnemen aan PDCA-cycli over het incidenten- en probleemproces (ITIL);
• Kennis en ervaringen delen binnen het team en daarbuiten;
• Documenteren van kennis over de omgevingen in tekst en tekeningen;
• Onderhoud en beheer van VM's;
• Automatiseren van werkzaamheden.

In deze rol neem je zowel het technisch beheer van team Drinkwater als van team Belastingen op je. Dit heeft veel overlap, omdat we met dezelfde applicaties werken. Door dit gezamenlijk op te pakken, krijg je overzicht over wat er in beide teams gebeurt en wat voor effect dat heeft op de applicaties.
