Your Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the secure implementation and management of cryptographic infrastructure. This role is about hands-on technical skills combined with a high security mindset. Along with the team, you will create solutions for other squads to use in the most efficient way. You'll take ownership, lead initiatives, and guide the team and stakeholders through complex technical challenges. You will not accept the status quo but actively suggest improvements for the managed services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Automating manual processes, improving monitoring and alerting, and keeping security up to date with ever-stricter standards.
• Navigating the full process to bring your ideas to fruition, including conception, design, implementation, documentation, and approval.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement secure networking and automation solutions (Ansible, Windows/Linux server setup).
• Take the lead in key management procedures and maintenance of on-premises HSM hardware.
• Fix vulnerabilities and incidents with high impact on crucial payment systems.
• Champion process-driven approaches and uphold high standards of security and reliability.
• Ensure robust documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
