Senior DevOps Engineer bij Rabobank in Utrecht

Voor Rabobank in Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior DevOps Engineer.

Als senior DevOps Engineer maak je deel uit van een team dat werkt aan “ICS as a Service”. Het team is onlangs gestart met de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe applicatie. Het doel? Ondernemers snel en eenvoudig voorzien van een inkomensverklaring die bijvoorbeeld gebruikt kan worden voor een hypotheekaanvraag.

De applicatie zal uiteindelijk toegankelijk zijn voor Rabobank-medewerkers, intermediairs en klanten. Omdat het een greenfield-project betreft, voegen we continu en in korte cycli nieuwe klantwaarde toe. Als DevOps-team dragen we gezamenlijk de verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de ontwikkeling als het onderhoud van de applicatie. We hanteren het principe: "You build it, you run it!"

Het team

Team Jenga bestaat uit fullstack developers, een Business Analist en een Product Owner. Wat dit hechte team onderscheidt, is de combinatie van hoogwaardige code, een sterke drive om snel waarde te leveren en een nauwe samenwerking. Gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid is een kernprincipe waarbij kennisdeling centraal staat, onder andere via team code reviews. Met een scherpe focus streeft Team Jenga continu naar kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Het team is hoeder van een aantal backend (Java) en frontend (Angular) applicaties.

Jij en je baan

Als onderdeel van ons DevOps-team ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus, van idee tot implementatie, tot operatie, inclusief monitoring, logging en alerting. Je denkt en bouwt mee aan een compleet nieuwe applicatie. Je hebt een aanstekelijk enthousiasme voor het oplossen van complexe puzzels samen met het team en deelt je kennis met je teamleden terwijl je dit doet. Je werkt met een agile team dat interne webapplicaties beheert, ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en onderhoudt. Het team is op zoek naar een gedreven fullstack developer met veel ervaring.

Must have

• Solide ervaring met Springboot/Microservices Architectuur
• Ervaring met de -Ops kant van DevOps
• Werkervaring met het bouwen van CI/CD pipelines
• Werkervaring met logging/monitoring tools
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Nederlands sprekend

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
