Job description
Jouw OpdrachtJe wordt ingezet als expert/coach binnen het team Verwerving, voorkeursrecht & onteigening, met een duidelijke focus op het coachen en begeleiden van collega’s (junior en medior) op het gebied van voorkeursrecht en onteigening. De inzet is gericht op inhoudelijke versterking van het team en het overdragen van kennis en ervaring, zonder formele of functionele aansturing van collega’s. Je bent je ervan bewust dat samenwerken met het team het beste resultaat geeft. Je bent géén leidinggevende, beoordelaar of onderdeel van de besluitvorming, maar fungeert als inhoudelijk klankbord en coach. Je werkt zelfstandig, stelt je onafhankelijk op en bewaakt zelf je rol als externe expert.Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:
- het delen van juridische kennis en praktijkervaring m.b.t. voorkeursrecht en onteigening;
- het begeleiden van medewerkers in het zelfstandig uitvoeren van voorkeursrecht- procedures;
- het signaleren van leerbehoeften en het aanbieden van passende ondersteuning of begeleiding;
- het ondersteunen bij het verhogen van de juridische kwaliteit van documenten, adviezen en procesaanpak.

Requirements
- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in juridische richting (privaatrecht, bestuursrecht, omgevingsrecht e.d.)
- Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van grondbeleid, vastgoed of gebiedsontwikkeling
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het opleiden of coachen van collega’s, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
- Je hebt werkervaring opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar met het toepassen van het Voorkeursrecht en/of Onteigening in de praktijk. Je hebt hierbij ervaring met bestuurlijke besluitvorming en beroepsprocedures rond voorkeursrecht/onteigening. Benoem in het cv minimaal 3 referentieprojecten waaruit dit blijkt
- Je hebt een wo-opleiding afgerond in juridische richting (privaatrecht, bestuursrecht, omgevingsrecht e.d.)
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring opgedaan bij een gemeente met meer dan 160.000 inwoners
- Je hebt ervaring met strategische verwerving van gronden binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen. Benoem een referentieproject uit de afgelopen 3 jaar
