• Applicatiebeheer: Je zorgt ervoor dat de systemen binnen THPM optimaal draaien en ondersteunt gebruikers bij storingen en vragen.
• Technisch beheer: Je bent in staat om technisch te ondersteunen bij het proces van plaatsing tot werking van hardware voor cameratoezicht binnen de applicatie.
• Wijzigingsbeheer: Je implementeert en test nieuwe functionaliteiten en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen soepel verlopen.
• Rapportages & analyse: Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen en stelt rapportages op voor gebruikers en management.
• Test- en acceptatietrajecten: Je stelt acceptatienormen op en organiseert en begeleidt functionele testen.
• Aanspreekpunt & samenwerking: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met key-users.
• Incidentbeheer: Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen en voorkomt herhaling door verbeteringen door te voeren.

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Informatica
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder
• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met ITIL en BiSL
• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met SQL

• Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Scrum
• Je bent ervaring met Agile werken
• Je hebt ervaring met ICT-techniek
• Je hebt ervaring met technisch applicatiebeheer
• Je hebt werkervaring binnen een gemeente

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
