Job Mission
As the IT Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving organizational change forward. Your focus will be on improving our partnership with the business, leveraging our strategic partners, enhancing our operating model, and nurturing a development culture within our teams. A key part of this mission is capturing our best practices and developing new solutions to improve our working methods while ensuring implementation across departments. You'll support the recognition that our segment is a fantastic place to work.
Role and Responsibilities
To realize this mission, your role encompasses multiple responsibilities, prioritized as follows:
- Enhance Business & IT Partnership: Establish a more integrated Business-IT governance structure.
- Develop Our People: Cultivate a culture that fosters behavior, knowledge, and competence to make IT & Data a leading sector.
- Step Up Sourcing: Leverage our strategic partners by strengthening relationships with key suppliers to benefit from their innovations and future upgrades.
- Improve Our Operating Model: Enhance business connections to realize more efficient IT & Data delivery and operations.
This person should invest in understanding the concerns and struggles of the teams, as well as their successes and potential cross-learning opportunities.
Context of the Position
This position officially reports to the IT Line Managers under IT Operations Solution Delivery CS&S (Customer Support & Sales) and will be engaged in cross-department change management activities across IT OPS SD. Key stakeholders will include the competency leads (IT Line Managers), Solution Delivery Managers, and Program Managers within various segments of the IT organization.

Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology with additional courses.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience with initiating and leading change programs.
- Setting up new natural teams and processes in a matrix organization.
- Project portfolio or program management.
- Demonstrated experience coaching the SAFe way of working in an agile environment.
- Experience in the high-tech industry is a plus.
Personal Skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and create structures to govern change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, from operational level to mid-level management.
- Ability to influence without power.
- Change management & integration: new ways of working into existing business processes.
