Authorization management is onmisbaar voor een soepele medewerkersreis op het gebied autorisaties. Wij zorgen ervoor dat alles werkt zodat onze collega’s zich kunnen focussen op wat echt belangrijk is.

Jij & jouw functie

Onze organisatie blijft volop in beweging en onze dienstverlening groeit. Jij voelt je hierbij als een vis in het water! Als Authorization Management Specialist, onderdeel van het Center of Operational Excellence Operations, denk je zodoende in kansen en zorg je ervoor dat onze blauwdruk verder wordt uitgerold.

Hoe ziet deze blauwdruk eruit? Je zorgt ervoor dat afdelingen de vastgestelde processen en dienstverlening opvolgen en dat zij worden uitgedaagd verbeteringen aan te kaarten. Je brengt specifieke kennis in op het gebied van Identity & Access Management (IAM), risico- en kwaliteitsmanagement en standaarden of je maakt jezelf deze kennis vlot eigen na een gedegen inwerkperiode. Samen met collega autorisatiespecialisten en het supportteam zorg jij voor een goed lopend autorisatieproces, het kloppende hart van onze organisatie!

De praktijk

In de praktijk ben je het aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere van onze domeinen. Hierdoor weet jij wat er speelt en welke veranderingen er aankomen. Hier kun je je collega’s in meenemen zodat er een juiste prioritering kan plaatsvinden voor onze werkvoorraad. Waar nodig ga je in gesprek met de business om informatie op te halen. Als Authorization Management Specialist bied je ondersteuning en geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. Men weet jou te vinden of jij zorgt er actief voor dat jij gevonden wordt. Je hebt veel kennis, of je maakt jezelf deze kennis snel eigen, van de verschillende aspecten die nodig zijn van het vakgebied procesmanagement en autorisaties. Dit weet je op waarde te schatten in de context van een domein.

Jouw top 3 verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je zoekt continu naar verbetermogelijkheden en nieuwe inzichten, en je weet deze enthousiast overbrengen op stakeholders en collega’s. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische werkomgeving waarin bestaande processen steeds meer te maken krijgen met veranderprogramma’s.
• Je neemt bij escalaties soepel de rol van trouble shooter aan, je weet de juiste mensen mobiliseren en dito beslissingen te nemen.
• Je begeleidt en adviseert het management bij het optimaliseren van het autorisatielandschap. Hierdoor zorg jij voor een in control autorisatielandschap, gebaseerd op het principe ‘need to have’.

Over de afdeling:

Team Authorization Management wordt binnen de bank ingezet om processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Samenwerken is hierbij onze werkwijze; als 1 gefocust team binnen Rabobank. Over onze Rabobank gesproken: wij zijn een Nederlandse bank, actief in 38 landen voor onze ruim 9.500.000 klanten. Met deze klanten, onze leden en partners werken wij zij aan zij aan een wereld waarin iedereen genoeg en gezond te eten heeft.

Medior Authorization Specialist

• Aantal: 1 FTE
• Uren: 36 uur (32 uur mogelijk)
• Duur: 1-4-2026 tot 31-12-2026 met optie op verlenging
• Niet geschikt voor ZZP
• Hybride werken: balans tussen thuiswerken en werken op kantoor.
• Samenwerkdagen: maandagen in de even weken, afwisselend in Utrecht en Eindhoven

Wij vragen:

• Je hebt een afgeronde hbo opleiding;
• Je hebt ervaring met de Agile/Scrum werkwijze.
• Je hebt kennis van Identity and Access Management en Rol- en Autorisatiebeheer.
• Je toont initiatief en werkt proactief aan verbeteringen.
• Je bent sterk in organiseren, monitoren en het behouden van overzicht.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
