Microsoft office 365 specialist - cluster BCO

• Implementatie en configuratie van Office365-diensten zoals Exchange Online, SharePoint Online en Teams. (*)
• Beheer van gebruikersaccounts, groepen en licenties in Office365.
• Monitoring en optimalisatie van Office365-omgevingen.
• Implementatie van beveiligingsmaatregelen zoals MFA en DLP.
• Configuratie van compliance-instellingen volgens AVG en andere regelgeving.
• Technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en het verzorgen van trainingen.
• Integratie van Office365 met andere applicaties.

• Je beschikt over een Hbo-werk en denkniveau. Dit is aantoonbaar uit eerdere werkervaring
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met het beheren en implementeren van Microsoft (Office) 365 oplossingen opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het leiden van of deelnemen aan IT-projecten, bij voorkeur gerelateerd aan Office365-implementaties
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met migratieprojecten naar Office365, inclusief e-mail- en documentmigraties opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI) in het kader van datamigratie en workflow optimalisatie
• Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring in IT-dienstverlening, systeembeheer en IT-consultancy

• Je hebt werkervaring met PowerShell scripting voor automatisering en beheer
• Je hebt werkervaring met het werken in een Agile of Scrum omgeving
• Je hebt werkervaring met het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers. Dit blijkt uit eerdere opgedane werkervaring
• Je hebt werkervaring met het geven van trainingen en workshops over Office365-tools

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
