Netwerk Engineer

Wij zoeken twee ervaren medior/senior netwerk engineers om ons team te versterken. Dit geldt zowel voor operationele werkzaamheden (zoals incidenten en standaard changes), als voor het uitvoeren van projectwerkzaamheden onder leiding van en conform requirements van de CBS-netwerkspecialisten.

Activiteiten

• Implementeren van netwerkinfrastructuren (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.) op basis van klantspecificaties.
• Beheren en optimaliseren van bestaande netwerken, met focus op prestaties, schaalbaarheid en beveiliging.
• Troubleshooten van zowel laag- als hoogcomplexe netwerkproblemen en incidenten.
• Samenwerken met klanten, architecten en andere engineers om oplossingen te leveren die aansluiten bij bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
• Documenteren van netwerkconfiguraties, processen en wijzigingen volgens best practices.

Werkervaring

Ervaring met ITIL-processen, SCRUM en het werken in een gestructureerde change- en incidentmanagementomgeving.

Functie-eisen voor IT-Netwerkengineer

Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als IT-netwerkengineer in een Enterprise-omgeving, gericht op netwerk- en infrastructurele ontwikkelingen.

Diepgaande technische kennis op de volgende onderwerpen:

• Routing & Switching: HPE Comware & HPE Aruba
• Firewalls: Fortinet Fortigate & Fortiproxy
• Load balancing: Citrix Netscaler
• Microsegmentatie: VMware NSX
• Netwerkautomatisering: Python FastAPI, Ansible, Terraform
• Core network services: Infoblox DHCP/DNS/NTP, Microsoft DNS

Competenties

Houding:

Een assertieve persoonlijkheid, capabel om de netwerkspecialisten te adviseren bij het ontwerp en de implementatie van de netwerkinfrastructuren, maar bereid om de wens van de klant te accepteren en uit te voeren wanneer daarom gevraagd wordt.

Proactieve houding:

Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in netwerkinfrastructuren en het initiëren van innovatieve oplossingen.

Taalvereisten

Voor deze functie is het noodzakelijk dat je de Nederlandse taal machtig bent op tenminste B2-niveau.
