Platform (SQL) Automation Engineer

Als Platform (SQL) Automation Engineer maak je deel uit van het productteam Database Management Systemen. Je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van robuuste Infrastructure-as-Code- en automatiseringsoplossingen. Hiermee draag je bij aan een veilig, schaalbaar en hoog geautomatiseerd SQL-platform.

Dit ga je doen:

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwikkelen en automatiseren van de volledige productlevenscyclus, van ontwerp tot implementatie.
• Vastleggen van procedures in herbruikbare, geautomatiseerde workflows.
• Continu verbeteren van processen en systemen.
• Intensief samenwerken met collega-engineers en andere teams.
• Coachen en begeleiden van teamleden in hun ontwikkeling.

Je bent ambitieus, communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen aan innovatieve oplossingen. Je houdt van uitdagingen en streeft voortdurend naar verbetering.

Jouw profiel:

• Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van IT.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op het gebied van automatisering.
• Ervaring met werken in een Agile-omgeving (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps).
• Kennis van en bij voorkeur gecertificeerd in ITIL-processen.
• Een oplossingsgerichte, positief-kritische houding.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Technische vaardigheden:

• Ervaring met PowerShell.
• Kennis van Microsoft SQL Server DBMS is een pré.
• Ervaring met Windows Server-omgevingen.
• Ervaring met andere programmeertalen zoals Python, C# of Java is een sterke pré.
• Ervaring met CI/CD Pipelines is een pré.

Soft skills:

Je bent een echte teamspeler en deelt graag je kennis. Je voelt je thuis in een Agile-werkomgeving en bent leergierig.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
