• Het uniformeren van processen binnen de afdelingen Contractbeheer & Erfpacht en Gebiedsexploitatie;
• Het verbeteren van kritieke processen binnen de afdelingen Contractbeheer & Erfpacht en Gebiedsexploitatie.
• Opleiden aan de hand van voor doen, samendoen en zelf doen bij het verbeteren en borgen van processen en werkinstructies.

• Je beschikt over een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding
• Je hebt werkervaring binnen overheidsorganisaties met het modelleren van processen in de volgende systemen
• Camunda
• BlueDolphin
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met Mavim opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je beschikt over een BPMN-certificaat en/of werkervaring met BPMN richtlijnen
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van procesverbetertrajecten, zoals analyse, ontwerp en implementatie binnen een overheidsorganisatie, inclusief het faciliteren van procesanalyses, verbeter overleggen en implementatiesessies. Dit blijkt uit een eerdere opdracht op het CV
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als procesadviseur, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je beschikt over een afgeronde Lean Green Belt-certificering en je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het toepassen van de Lean-methodiek voor procesverbetering binnen meerdere overheidsopdrachten

• Je hebt werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie bij een gemeente met minimaal 250.000 inwoners
• Je hebt werkervaring met processen in de buitenruimte
• Je hebt werkervaring met het gebruik van de GEMMA-architectuur
• Je hebt een Prince II certificering

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
