Voor Rabobank in Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Productmanager Oriëntatiefase Customer Journey.

De eerste indruk van Rabobank bij (potentiële) nieuwe klanten is superbelangrijk. Kunnen ze alles makkelijk vinden? Zijn ze positief verrast over de coöperatieve Rabobank? En natuurlijk; maken ze de laatste stap door een rekening te openen of een ander financieel product aan te schaffen?

Bij Digital Platform werken we elke dag aan een betere klantervaring via onze websites en apps. Dit doen we op basis van kennis, data, onderzoek en een duidelijke strategie. Voor ons business team zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die ons hierbij verder helpt. Ben jij die productmanager die elke stap in de customer journeys wil begrijpen en verbeteren? Met jouw kennis van digital content en customer journeys weet je precies hoe je de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten een boost moet geven. Jongere doelgroepen; die begrijp jij. Maar dat íédereen gebaat is bij goede UX van onze online kanalen, en dat dit vanuit toegankelijkheid ook gewenst is; dat is voor jou ook logisch en vanzelfsprekend.

Door intensief samen te werken met interne stakeholders zoals marketing en IT, krijg jij de dingen die nodig zijn in onze online kanalen voor de customer journeys voor nieuwe klanten ‘seamless’ voor elkaar.

Gezocht: Jouw Kennis en Ervaring

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met de volgende kwalificaties:

• Opleiding: Je hebt tenminste een hbo-opleiding en/of aantoonbaar hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van (online) marketing / e-commerce.
• Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de e-commerce of digitale productontwikkeling.
• Data-analyse: Je hebt ervaring met data-analyse en optimalisatie, zoals analytics en A/B-testen.
• Structureren: Je kunt informatie goed structureren, ook vanuit klantperspectief, zoals navigatie.
• UX-copy en Storytelling: Je hebt ervaring met UX-copy en het vertellen van verhalen.
• Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
• Ervaring in Groot Bedrijf: Ervaring met werken in een groot bedrijf is een pré.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
