About the Role
As the Road Manager AI Ready Data, you will be responsible for bringing together the right expertise across the CDAO domain to ensure alignment and progress on this critical initiative. Your role will involve coordinating and facilitating collaboration between teams focused on data protection, metadata management, data quality, and D&A Products and Platform capabilities. A key part of your role is to translate strategic goals into concrete deliverables and ensure they are integrated into the backlogs of relevant departments. You will also create transparency around progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that we take the necessary steps this year to embed AI Ready Data into our business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic goals into concrete deliverables and ensure they are reflected in the backlogs of the responsible teams.
- Develop a clear and aligned roadmap for 2025 and 2026 at the CDAO level, including ownership of deliverables.
- Coordinate the AI Ready Data roadmap and ensure alignment across workstreams and domains.
- Facilitate collaboration between Area Leads (Product Leads), Chapter Leads, and other stakeholders within the CDAO domain.
- Bring together expertise in data privacy, metadata, data quality, and data product development to drive collective progress.
- Provide strategic advice and organize knowledge sharing on best practices related to AI Ready Data.
- Promote transparency around program progress, risks, and adoption metrics.
- Effectively communicate strategy and progress to senior management.
- Ensure that by the end of the year, AI Ready Data is embedded in standard operations and no longer requires additional oversight.

Requirements
Your Profile
- Master's degree;
- 5+ years of experience in roadmap or program management in data-intensive and regulated environments;
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams;
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple domains and priorities;
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and AI enablement;
- Understanding of the challenges of unstructured data and privacy risk management;
- Proactive, structured, and facilitative leadership style.
