As an experienced Scrum Master, you will help teams grow by being a strong, supportive, and inspiring presence. In this role, you will make a vital contribution to the long-term success of your Scrum teams and their members by building mindset, relationships, and autonomy.

You & Your Role

We are looking for a self-aware, intrinsically motivated Scrum Master with a passion for leadership development and practices such as systemic coaching. You’ll join the IAM 4 Employees Area within the Tribe Identity & Access Management at Rabobank. Here, you won’t just facilitate Agile rituals—you will lead without hierarchy, helping teams and individuals grow by seeing them clearly, challenging limiting beliefs, and daring to name the elephant in the room.

You bring more than Agile expertise; you bring presence, courage, and curiosity. You know that true transformation starts within, and that by understanding yourself and your biases, you can coach constructively. You believe in putting thoughts into practice and making actions tangible. You understand the true power of experimentation.

You will work closely with Area leadership, fellow Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches to elevate Agile maturity—not just by applying frameworks, but by cultivating psychological safety, ownership, and continuous learning.

  • Implementing the Agile heartbeat in the area and your squads
  • Guiding and supporting Product Owners, the Leadership team, and fellow Scrum Masters

Details

Position: Scrum Master

Contract Duration: 17-11-2025 - 30-06-2026 with an option to extend.

Language: You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Location: Utrecht.

ZZP: Not allowed.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
