Security Pen Test specialist

Join a high level security testing team, responsible for helping product teams deliver secure products. You are a senior offensive professional with cloud knowledge and proven pentesting / vulnerability research track record, that likes to be thrown challenging problems to solve, are good working with people and can use your skills, experience and methodology to get results.

You are the expert when it comes to ethical hacking and you are always aware of the latest developments in security. Thanks to your knowledge and experience, you can detect vulnerabilities in our software Solutions in no-time.

Good communication is important to you and you easily make contact with the project teams, so that the right actions are taken to ensure the security of our systems.

With your drive and fantastic ideas, you take security to the next level both within and outside the organization. People know where to find you when it comes to security-related issues. You naturally take on a leading role in a team and like to encourage colleagues in their development.

Further role details:

• Contribute to the full testing cycle
• deep dive in threat modeling with teams for specific products/services/platforms.
• pick up penetration tests needs from the products requested for testing and use multiple methodologies to find vulnerabilities/security issues, including fuzzing (e.g. libfuzzer, AFL fuzzer etc.) code reviews etc, solo or with other team members.
• plan and execute the testing/reviews.
• create meaningful findings reports, have findings meetings and help the product teams understand, fix issues and learn from them.

Hours: 36-40 per week [minimum of 2 days on site per week!]

Note:
There is the possibility at the extension, to choose for a permanent job at the client!

• Master/Bachelor degree
• OSCP certified
• Excellent experience in pentesting complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure cloud. Comfortable with different coding languages – scripting/reviewing
• Vulnerability research experience/and or approach & attitude (high level offensive skills and mindset required)
• Structured, efficient and at the same time creative and able to use various techniques and approaches to testing complex products
• Team player that can work well independently and take ownership of their part
• Able to work in a time boxed set up and bring value/results to the product teams
• Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills, and comfortable working in structured, professional environments (with a lot of flexibility to do your work when you see fit).

• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands
• Excellent English communication skills
• Team player
