Senior Scrum Master - Cluster BCO

• Begeleiden van het softwareontwikkelproces en zorgt dat het Scrum raamwerk gevolgd wordt;
• Fungeren als schakel tussen het ontwikkelteam en de business;
• Coachen van Product owners om de meeste waarde uit hun product backlog te halen;
• Organiseren, plannen en faciliteren van scrum ceremonies, demo’s en besluitvormingsprocessen;
• Helpen problemen te voorkomen en/of oplossen met het team;
• Zelfsturend en aanpassend vermogen stimuleren;
• Bijbrengen van Scrum-principes en Agile development aanmoedigen bij teamleden, opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en medewerkers;
• Helpen met schrijven en aanpassen van user stories en productvisies;
• Verzorgen van trainingen voor de organisatie;
• Verhogen Agile volwassenheid van de teams en omgeving;
• Meedenken in structurele oplossingen en verbetering van de (Agile) processen over de gehele lijn;
• Pro-actief met ideeën/ suggesties komen die bruikbaar en tastbaar zijn;
• Waarde- en fact-based werken stimuleren;
• Creëren van voorwaarden om Continues Integration en Continues Delivery mogelijk te maken.

• Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring opgedaan in een Agile omgeving of team opgedaan in de afgelopen 8 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de functie van Scrum Master, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar, waarbij je ook werkervaring hebt opgedaan met het (opnieuw) opzetten van Scrum/Agile
• Je beschikt over een PSM II Scrum Master certificering
• Je hebt werkervaring met Oracle eBS en Oracle Cloud teams

• Je hebt werkervaring in het begeleiden van cultuurveranderingstrajecten binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie
• Je hebt als Scrum Master werkervaring binnen een overheidsorganisaties met tenminste 10.000 medewerkers, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt Scrum/Agile werkervaring in een beheeromgeving
• Je bezit de volgende certificaten: PSPO II, SAFe en SPS I
• Je hebt werkervaring met Appreciative Inquiry
• Je hebt werkervaring met het opstellen van proces ontwerpen en functionele documentatie
• Je hebt als Scrum Master werkervaring met het werken en afstemmen over meerdere Scrum teams en organisatieonderdelen

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
