Servicedesk Medewerker

Als servicedeskmedewerker ondersteun je telefonisch en schriftelijk eindgebruikers op het gebied van ICT-services. Je draagt zorg voor het correct aannemen, zorgvuldig in behandeling nemen en zo snel mogelijk verhelpen van technische en functionele verstoringen. Daarbij maak je gebruik van diverse applicaties en een known-error-base.

Vanuit een operationele analyse onderken je samenhangende technische- en functionele verstoringen, vragen en verzoeken. Als daar aanleiding toe is, zorg je voor het aanpassen van prioriteit en bewaak je de voortgang. Een van de belangrijkste dingen op de ICT servicedesk is de samenwerking met alle collega's. Er heerst een goede sfeer bij ons op de afdeling.

Requirements

Wensen

Kennis van:

  • IBM Notes
  • Telefonie, zowel vast, mobiel als VoIP
  • Linux
  • Microsoft Office (2013 en 365)
  • ITIL Foundation certificaat
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau of diploma, bij voorkeur op het gebied van ICT

Competenties:

  • Klantgerichte eigenschappen
  • Stressbestendig
  • Analytisch
  • Een teamspeler met goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goed in staat om kennis over te dragen aan interne eindgebruikers
  • Zelfstandigheid
  • In staat om te werken met voldoende inzicht om raakvlakken met de omgeving (zoals klant, collega's, 3e lijnsoplosgroepen) te onderkennen en daarmee rekening te houden

Ervaring:

Bij voorkeur heeft de kandidaat ruime ervaring op een 1e lijns servicedesk.
