Rabobank is on a mission to unlock the full potential of its data. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling two high-impact squads—linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph—to deliver innovative solutions to build and scale Rabobank’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph.
We work with the best minds to create groundbreaking solutions that are as valuable for our customers to use as they are fun for us to develop. Our solutions have a strong data (science) component while being part of a bigger ecosystem of connected software products and services. We need your help in guiding and supporting our agile teams so that we can get better at delivering value with every sprint.
Practical Examples
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Advocate the changes that are needed to shorten the feedback loop.
- Organize constructive and effective conversations to resolve impediments.
Top Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph squads in agile practices, ensuring adherence to S@S principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Detect, chase down, and mediate in the resolution of impediments.
- Celebrate and share successes together with stakeholders.

About You
You are a nice, friendly, and approachable person with at least 2-3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master (at least 75% of your time).
Your background includes:
- Experience working with offshore and hybrid teams.
- A deep passion for the agile approach to solving complex problems, and you can articulate why it resonates with you.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing the Scrum framework.
- The ability to adapt to all roles that a Scrum Master must fulfill throughout a team’s lifecycle.
- Senior-level social skills to navigate the resistance that comes with change.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.

Working Conditions
This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a 75%/25% distribution. Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize impact on the business. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
