Systems Engineer en Toetscoördinator

• Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding of aantoonbare kennis van Systems Engineering en procesbeheersing
• Een afgeronde juridische opleiding (bijvoorbeeld in rechten of bestuurskunde) en affiniteit met contracten en regelgeving
• Ervaring bij een (grote) gemeente of overheidsinstantie, bij voorkeur binnen of voor de gemeente Utrecht
• Ervaring met het zelfstandig opzetten, uitvoeren en verbeteren van processen middels de Plan Do Check Act (PDCA)-methode
• Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding met het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende belangen
• Ervaring met de tool Relatics en ervaring met scenariodenken is een pré

• Je hebt een afgeronde juridische opleiding (bijvoorbeeld in rechten of bestuurskunde)

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
