Test Lead Engineer

Als Test Lead Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het vormgeven en realiseren van onze teststrategie binnen grootschalige platform- en softwareontwikkelingsprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van testactiviteiten, het opzetten van testautomatisering en het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, product owners en externe partijen om testprocessen te integreren in CI/CD-pijplijnen en kwaliteitsdoelen te behalen. Je hebt een scherp oog voor risico’s, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering.

Wat ga je doen?

• Aanpassen en implementeren van end-to-end teststrategieën
• Coördineren van testactiviteiten binnen hybride cloud- en SaaS-omgevingen
• Opzetten van testautomatisering en quality gates binnen CI/CD-pijplijnen
• Aansturen van testteams en begeleiden van stakeholders bij testverantwoordelijkheden
• Realiseren van testroadmaps en regressiestrategieën
• Samenwerken met internationale teams en externe leveranciers

Wat breng je mee?

Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in test engineering, DevOps en Agile coaching.

Ervaring met:

• CI/CD
• Testautomatisering
• XP-principes
• Platform engineering

Aantoonbare ervaring bij grote, multiculturele organisaties.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.

Ervaring met hybride cloudarchitecturen en SaaS-integraties.

Hands-on ervaring met tools zoals Azure DevOps, PowerShell, etc.

Goede beheersing van Engels.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
