Adviseur Rotterdam3D beheersoftware - cluster SB
De opdracht kan deels op locatie en deels vanuit huis worden uitgevoerd. Het R3D team heeft een vaste samen werkdag (maandag) op de Rotterdam.Data, innovatie en vertrouwen komen samen in 3D. Door de stad digitaal en realistisch in beeld te brengen, maken we complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijker en ondersteunen we slimme keuzes voor inwoners, bedrijven en partners.Jouw functie Gemeente Rotterdam zoekt een adviseur 3D beheer om de doorontwikkeling van 3D beheersoftware mogelijk te maken en het technisch team te ondersteunen. De gemeente Rotterdam zet de komende jaren in op de ontwikkeling van het 3D stadsmodel als basis voor al haar basisinformatie. Het verzamelen, beheren en ontsluiten van basisinformatie zal in de toekomst vooral lopen via het 3D stadsmodel. Uiteenlopende toepassingen zullen in de toekomst worden vormgegeven en geïmplementeerd.Concreet zal de adviseur de volgende werkzaamheden hebben:Het meebouwen aan het 3D-stadsmodel;Het plannen, faciliteren en beproeven van aannames in het 3D-stadsmode ten behoeve van de ontwikkeling van de 3D beheersoftware;

• Het bouwen van verschillende API koppelingen zoals die van de BAG;
• Het oppakken van vragen van het technisch team dat betrokken is bij de 3Dontwikkeling;
• Het mede opstellen van de noodzakelijke inhoudelijke documenten (bijv. lessons learned);
• Het inbrengen van inhoudelijke kennis met betrekking tot 3D modellering, gebruik open data standaarden, common ground principes; en
• Het overdragen van kennis en het specifiek trainen van medewerkers zodat de organisatie in staat wordt gesteld om deze werkzaamheden zelf op te pakken.

Jouw profielGevraagd en ongevraagd ondersteun je ons technisch team op bovengenoemde gebieden. Je brengt hiervoor een flexibele open mindset mee en denkt in oplossingen en ontwikkeling. Je bent niet alleen in staat een technische bijdrage te leveren maar bent ook communicatief vaardig genoeg om gevonden oplossingen uit te dragen en te documenteren. Je bent bereid om, wanneer nodig, fysiek aan te sluiten bij het team.

Je staat er misschien niet bij stil, maar de zorg voor de Rotterdamse buitenruimte gaat 24 uur per dag door. Er zijn namelijk talloze wegen die begaanbaar moeten blijven, bruggen die open en dicht moeten gaan en lantaarnpalen die moeten werken. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens gehad over onderwerpen zoals boomverzorging, het reinigen van de stad of het beheer van gemeentelijke begraafplaatsen. Dit doen we allemaal op een zo slim, efficiënt en duurzaam mogelijke manier. Met één doel voor ogen: een nette, schone en veilige stad voor iedereen.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in IT Support met een agile en/of scrum werkwijze
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het terrein van 3D geo-informatie en het gebruik van open data standaarden in een gemeentelijke omgeving, opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen internationale projecten voor de ontwikkeling van City GML standaarden
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met VCS-software

Wensen:

• Je hebt werkervaring binnen een gemeente met meer dan 100.000 inwoners
• Je hebt werkervaring met gecombineerde geo-BIM datamodellen
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met cesium, opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar
