We're on the hunt for a Technical Business Analyst with a knack for Data & AI. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be the vital link connecting our business and technical teams.

You'll dive deep into understanding internal use cases for an agentic platform, gathering all the essential user requirements. Then, you'll skillfully translate these into crystal-clear technical specifications. Working hand-in-hand with external vendors will be key to making sure everything is delivered just right.

Before we roll out any new features, you'll be the one putting them through their paces, ensuring they're not just functional but also super user-friendly for everyone. Keeping our stakeholders across the organization in the loop and aligned will be a constant, important part of your role.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a buzzing, fast-paced environment, loves bringing clarity to complex situations, and is excited to proactively steer progress while truly owning their work. Oh, and a little bit of travel might be on the cards!

Functie Eisen

Here's what we're looking for in terms of experience:

• Around 2–5 years working as a Business Analyst, ideally in a role that involves technology or data.
• Previous experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer would be fantastic.
• You should have a solid grasp of how data moves, analytics, and the core concepts of machine learning.
• Experience in consulting settings is a bonus!
• Exposure to start-up vibes or fast-paced work environments would be great.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is needed; a PhD is definitely a plus.

And when it comes to skills, we'd love to see:

• Sharp analytical abilities and a structured way of thinking.
• The knack for making complex ideas easy to understand and communicate clearly.
• A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Great skills in managing stakeholders and getting vendors on the same page.
• Hands-on experience with gathering requirements, testing, and supporting project delivery.
• Being a real team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
