Business Analyst IAM 4 Employees

As a Senior Business Analyst IAM, you're not just going to watch things happen – you'll be right there, actively shaping the technology needs for Rabobank. You'll be part of an awesome team that loves pushing tech boundaries. With your knack for collaboration, you'll be the crucial link between the business and IT. You'll dive into analyzing requirements, come up with smart solutions and processes, and work hand-in-hand with your Product Owner to figure out our future goals and how to get there.

You and Your Role

As a key player in the IAM Tribe, your main gig is to really get complex business problems and suggest solutions using processes and systems. You'll also keep an eye on the quality of the work from other Business Analysts and help them grow. You'll take those business needs and turn them into designs that fit perfectly with our chosen business and IT architecture.

We're looking for someone who has a solid, general understanding of what IAM solutions can do, so you can match needs and requirements with the tools we use.

You're all about continuous improvement and aren't afraid to speak up if something isn't working as well as it could. You're a go-getter who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering high-quality products. Basically, you're a fantastic all-rounder for the team!

Top 3 Responsibilities

• You'll break down big, complex goals into designs and blueprints for solutions, making sure to get everyone on board with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• You'll develop elegant domain solutions that deliver real value.
• You'll work independently within the department's overall objectives, taking charge of planning and organizing your own activities.

On top of that, you'll be a sounding board for the business, the development team, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders. You'll stay up-to-date with the latest market and tech trends and weave them into your designs. You'll also be instrumental in making sure the DevOps team has all the info they need to turn your capabilities into a solid solution design.

Functie Eisen

We're looking for someone with a solid academic background, ideally holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Your expertise is key!

Having a CISSP certification would be a big plus.

We'd love for you to bring your knowledge and hands-on experience with common IAM protocols. This includes things like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, and SCIM. Understanding how these work for authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and single sign-on is super important.

Your ability to create and write well is something we really value.

Excellent communication skills in English are a must – we need to be able to connect and collaborate effectively.

We're also looking for someone who's mastered requirement analysis.

And, of course, solid experience in networking is essential.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
