We're on the lookout for a super motivated and proactive Data Analyst to jump into the Infrastructure as Code Area within Tribe Foundation4Tech. If you're a real go-getter who loves taking ownership, spotting opportunities, and making them a reality, this role is for you!

You'll bring not only strong technical and analytical chops but also fantastic skills in managing stakeholders, communicating, collaborating, influencing, and problem-solving. Your mission? To transform vast amounts of infrastructure, security, and compliance data into actionable insights that boost operational excellence, manage risks effectively, and ensure regulatory compliance.

As a key player in a multidisciplinary Agile team, working within a DevOps and Scrumban framework, you'll team up closely with infrastructure engineers, security specialists, architects, risk officers, tech leads, and product owners. The analyses you conduct will directly contribute to making our IT landscape more resilient, secure, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into infrastructure, security, compliance, and operational data from various sources, analyzing and interpreting it.
• Create awesome dashboards, reports, and KPIs to guide data-driven decisions.
• Take the reins on improving data quality and processes across the board. You'll work with DevOps teams and other stakeholders to nail down data definitions, strengthen controls, boost automation, and enhance reporting.
• Offer clear insights into regulatory and internal compliance needs, keeping a close eye on adherence across the entire infrastructure.
• Build and maintain data models that give us a clear picture of infrastructure health, security risks, and operational performance.
• Independently explore, understand, and interpret complex data and models, translating your findings into practical business and technical recommendations.
• Support audit, risk, and governance efforts with accurate reporting and evidence.
• Track and report on Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities, including risks associated with hardware and software reaching end-of-life or end-of-support.
• Help out with Vulnerability Management by analyzing vulnerability data, spotting trends, and prioritizing fixes.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within our Agile and Scrumban teams.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with these skills and experiences:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar field.
• You've worked as a Data Analyst in an IT Infrastructure, Security, or Technology setting before.
• You're great at managing stakeholders, communicating clearly, collaborating effectively, influencing others, and solving problems. It's important that you feel confident in challenging ideas constructively and can move forward independently.
• You have strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• You're proficient in SQL and have experience working with large datasets.
• You have experience with Lifecycle Management (LCM) reporting and analysis.
• You understand Vulnerability Management frameworks, have experience with vulnerability scanning solutions, and know how to track remediation efforts.
• You have a good grasp of information security principles, cyber risk management, and security controls.
• You've worked in Agile, DevOps, and Scrumban environments.

Nice to Have

These would be a bonus:

• Experience in the financial services or a regulated industry.
• Experience with CMDB, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or Azure Data solutions.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate) to help build low-code solutions, automate workflows, and improve reporting.
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and handling large datasets.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
