We're on the lookout for a really motivated and proactive Data Analyst to jump into our Infrastructure as Code Area within Tribe Foundation4Tech. If you're a true go-getter who loves taking ownership, spotting opportunities, and making them a reality, this role is for you! Beyond your solid technical and analytical skills, you'll bring fantastic stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving abilities. In this position, you'll be transforming huge amounts of infrastructure, security, and compliance data into actionable insights that help us achieve operational excellence, manage risks effectively, and stay compliant with regulations.
As a valued member of a multidisciplinary Agile team, working within a DevOps and Scrumban framework, you'll be collaborating closely with infrastructure engineers, security specialists, architects, risk officers, tech leads, and product owners. Your analyses will make a direct impact on boosting the resilience, security, and compliance of our entire IT landscape.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Digging into and making sense of infrastructure, security, compliance, and operational data from all sorts of places.
- Creating awesome dashboards, reports, and KPIs to help everyone make decisions based on data.
- Taking the reins on improving data quality and data processes across the board. You'll be working with DevOps teams and other stakeholders to really nail down data definitions, controls, automation, and reporting.
- Providing insights into regulatory and internal compliance needs and keeping an eye on how we're doing across our infrastructure.
- Building and maintaining data models that give us a clear view of infrastructure health, security risks, and how things are performing.
- Independently exploring, understanding, and interpreting complex data and models, then turning those findings into useful recommendations for both business and technical folks.
- Supporting audit, risk, and governance efforts with accurate reporting and evidence gathering.
- Keeping track of and reporting on Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities, including risks related to hardware and software reaching their end-of-life or end-of-support.
- Helping out with Vulnerability Management by analyzing vulnerability data, spotting trends, and helping to prioritize what needs fixing first.
- Driving continuous improvement within our Agile and Scrumban teams.

By providing reliable insights into our infrastructure's lifecycle status, vulnerability exposure, compliance adherence, and security risk trends, you'll be absolutely crucial in protecting the stability, security, and resilience of our technology environment. Functie Eisen
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in data analysis, ideally with a background in IT Infrastructure, Security, or Technology. Here's what we hope you'll bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or something similar.
- Hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, particularly within an IT Infrastructure, Security, or Technology setting.
- You're comfortable managing stakeholders, communicating effectively, collaborating with others, influencing where needed, and solving problems like a pro. It's also great if you feel confident in challenging constructively and moving things forward on your own.
- You've got strong analytical chops and know your way around data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- SQL is your friend, and you're experienced in wrangling large datasets.
- You have experience with Lifecycle Management (LCM) reporting and analysis.
- You're familiar with Vulnerability Management frameworks, scanning solutions, and tracking remediation.
- You understand the basics of information security, cyber risk management, and security controls.
- You've worked in Agile, DevOps, and Scrumban environments before.
And if you happen to have any of these, that would be even more fantastic:
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Experience with CMDB, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
- You're familiar with automation and scripting technologies like Python, PowerShell, or Azure Data solutions.
- You know your way around the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for building low-code solutions, automating workflows, and simplifying reporting.
- Experience using Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and handling large datasets.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.
