You and Your Role

As a Medior Data Scientist, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Generative AI solutions that deliver incredible value to our customers. You'll be right at the heart of building AI-powered systems that tackle complex challenges, streamline operations, and unlock exciting new opportunities. We're looking for someone who loves diving deep into data, working with generative models, and crafting solutions that are both scalable and responsible. You'll join a dynamic squad dedicated to driving GenAI adoption across various banking domains, co-creating these solutions hand-in-hand with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Champion co-creation, followed by building, testing, deploying, and running high-quality, highly scalable GenAI solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing automation of GenAI solutions across various banking domains.

Are you a talented Data Scientist ready to make a real impact? We're looking for someone like you to join our innovative team!

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• You've got at least 3 years of solid experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable role.
• You're a coding whiz, especially with Python. Software engineering chops are a big bonus!
• You write clean, reusable code like it's second nature.
• You're a natural product thinker, great at turning business challenges into smart data science solutions – no unnecessary complexity, just pure impact!
• You have a deep understanding of NLP and LLMs, and bonus points if you’ve built Generative AI applications before!
• You're experienced in developing, assessing, deploying, and monitoring models, and you’re familiar with LLMOps/MLOps/DevOps in live production environments.
• This role is all about Data Science, Generative AI, and Engineering. So, strong engineering skills are super valuable – think Git, CI/CD, ETL, cloud platforms like Azure, API development, containerization, and working with different databases (yes, including vector ones!).

• You're driven by curiosity and have a knack for working closely with clients.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
