Financial Auditor Sisa - cluster BCO
Jouw functie De Financial Auditor is werkzaam binnen de afdeling Financial Audit (FA). De FA controle is met name gericht op controlewerkzaamheden die gebaseerd zijn op concern brede risicoanalyses of op de risicoanalyse van de gemeenschappelijke regeling.Als Financial Auditor lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de risicoanalyse en de planning en opzet van de controles. Je voert zelfstandig complexe controles uit op risicovolle processen en systemen en geeft daarbij een oordeel over de betrouwbaarheid en rechtmatigheid. U bent volwaardig gesprekspartner voor het lijnmanagement. Je rapporteert en presenteert de bevindingen van uitgevoerde controles. Daarbij geef je adviesvoorstellen (inclusief aanbevelingen) voor het tijdig bijstellen van processen en systemen indien zich hierin risicovolle onvolkomenheden voordoen. Je neemt deel aan werk- en projectgroepen.Als Financial Auditor opereer je in een politiek-bestuurlijke context en de afstand tussen Middelen en Control, ambtelijke top en bestuur is klein. Kennis van auditmethodieken en -technieken weet je effectief toe te passen voor succes in deze omgeving.Doel van de functie:Toetsen van financiële en niet financiële indicatoren binnen de sisa-verantwoording.Jouw profielJe bent een ervaren auditor die zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband effectief kan samenwerken aan complexe auditopdrachten. Dankzij jouw planmatige werkwijze weet je werkzaamheden goed te organiseren, prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te behalen. Met jouw conceptueel vermogen doorgrond je complexe vraagstukken snel en leg je verbanden tussen processen, risico's en ontwikkelingen. Je beschikt over sterke adviesvaardigheden, waardoor je bevindingen en aanbevelingen helder en overtuigend weet over te brengen aan verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast toon je een goed oordeelsvermogen door situaties objectief te beoordelen en onderbouwde conclusies te trekken op basis van vaktechnische kaders, wet- en regelgeving en professionele standaarden.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Minimaal een afgeronde WO-opleiding in de richting van Accountancy of vergelijkbaar
• Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als financial auditor van gemeenten, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar met hierbij de volgende werkzaamheden
• Uitvoeren van controles op het gebied van SISA
• Afstemming van controlewerkzaamheden met de accountant
• Functioneel aansturen van mede auditors

Wensen:

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente met minimaal 160.000 inwoners, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met BBV-regelgeving, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met het begeleiden van junior collega’s

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
