Hey there! We're on the hunt for a sharp Functional Tester & Business Analyst (or Business Analyst III) to join our exciting Project Morse. This project is all about data mapping and governance, and it's a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact!

Project Morse has two key goals:

• Testing around 300 data quality rules – we need to make sure everything is shipshape!
• Cracking the data mapping exercise – getting those connections just right.

We'll consider these objectives met when the rules are tested and delivered, and the data mapping for the specified attributes is all wrapped up and finalized. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality of what we deliver, meeting the needs of both our internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be coordinating customer acceptance tests and end-to-end integration tests. To really nail those end-to-end tests, you'll need a solid understanding of how all the different systems in the mortgage world interact – pretty cool stuff!

• Conducting thorough testing on approximately 700 attributes within the Mortgages Integration layer – your attention to detail will be key!
• Performing in-depth analyses to really get a handle on the scope and potential impact of data quality issues in our source systems.
• Tackling data modeling challenges head-on and finding smart solutions.
• Being a proactive force in designing migration logic, helping us move forward smoothly.
• Shaping how post-migration processing integrates with ING’s downstream systems – your input here is vital!
• Carrying out weekly data mapping and data modeling analyses to keep everything aligned.
• Drafting and executing functional acceptance tests that will impress our internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrating end-to-end testing and providing solid support for customer acceptance testing.
• Seamlessly aligning requirements with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing actively to the enhancement of existing and new functionalities.
• Preparing clear work instructions and offering fantastic support to your fellow team members.
• Assisting Agile teams with the essential task of data creation.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
