Functioneel beheerder Alfresco applicaties - cluster BCO
Jouw functie Voor de gemeente Rotterdam zoeken wij een functioneel beheerder voor de applicaties DIVA en DIVA-BB. DIVA is het concern brede documentmanagementsysteem voor het vastleggen en beheren van documenten en dossiers binnen niet zaakgerichte processen. DIVA-BB ondersteunt de bestuurlijke besluitvorming van het College van B&W en de Raad.
Beide applicaties zijn gebaseerd op Alfresco ECM, gekoppeld aan andere systemen en bedrijfskritisch voor de organisatie. Binnen deze functie draag je bij aan het beheer, de doorontwikkeling en de betrouwbaarheid van deze applicaties en zorg je samen met collega’s en leveranciers voor een stabiele dienstverlening en een goed werkende gebruikersomgeving.
Het team Functioneel Beheer Bedrijfsvoering processen biedt functioneel beheer diensten voor diverse applicaties binnen de gemeente Rotterdam. In dit team ga jij aan de slag met DIVA (Document Management Systeem) en DIVA Bestuurlijke Besluitvorming (workflow managementsysteem).Als functioneel beheerder maak je het verschil. Je overziet het geheel, legt verbanden tussen processen binnen de applicaties en de gekoppelde systemen, en borgt de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid. Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar oplossingen en realiseert een soepele gebruikerservaring.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Uitvoeren van incident-, probleem- en wijzigingsbeheer
• Analyseren, prioriteren en structureel oplossen van verstoringen
• Testen van nieuwe releases en de uitrol naar productie begeleiden
• Wijzigingen doorvoeren in de inrichting van de applicaties
• Opstellen en onderhouden van functionele documentatie, gebruikershandleidingen en trainingsmateriaal
• Signaleren van verbeteringen in processen, gebruik en functionaliteit
• Afstemmen met product owner, leverancier en interne stakeholders
• Incidenteel verrichten van werkzaamheden buiten reguliere kantoortijden

Jouw profielJe bent een analytisch sterke functioneel beheerder met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding. Je kijkt verder dan meldingen en richt je op structurele oplossingen. Je communiceert helder en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders.
Je hebt affiniteit met het testen van oplossingen en begrijpt de samenhang tussen systemen en processen. Je doorgrondt ketens, integraties en foutmeldingen op hoofdlijnen. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief wanneer het nodig is en weet wanneer je anderen moet betrekken. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en kunt meerdere vraagstukken tegelijkertijd managen. Je maakt nieuwe materie je snel eigen en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving. Je hebt oog voor de impact van wijzigingen op het geheel en bent continu gericht op het verbeteren van de dienstverlening. Hiermee draag je actief bij aan de professionalisering van het functioneel beheer.

Onze organisatie
Het team Functioneel Beheer Bedrijfsvoeringsprocessen is onderdeel van de afdeling Klanttoepassingen, welke gepositioneerd is binnen de BCO (Bestuurs- en Concern Ondersteuning) van de Gemeente Rotterdam. Het cluster Bestuurs- en Concernondersteuning is de spil van de gemeentelijke organisatie en maakt kaders voor het hele concern. Zij zorgt enerzijds dat het college van burgemeester en wethouders de stad kan besturen en de schakel is tussen de burgers, het stadsbestuur en de gebieden. Anderzijds is het cluster de schakel met de overige (beleid)clusters op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering. ICT, HR, Facilitaire Zaken, Juridische Zaken, Onderzoek, Financiën, Inkoop en Communicatie zijn gebundeld. Zo levert het cluster haar bijdrage die de organisatie nodig heeft bij het uitvoeren van haar werk voor de stad.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als functioneel beheerder
• Je hebt werkervaring met incident-, probleem- en wijzigingsbeheer binnen applicaties

Wensen:

• Je hebt werkervaring als functioneel beheerder in een overheidsorganisatie
• Je hebt werkervaring met Alfresco, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar
• Je hebt werkervaring met DMS/ECM systemen
• Je hebt werkervaring met het uitvoeren van functionele testen van applicaties
• Je hebt werkervaring met releasebegeleiding en implementaties van applicaties
• Je hebt werkervaring met integraties en ketens binnen een IT-omgeving
