Hey there! As a GenAI Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of designing and building cool GenAI solutions for Rabobank's Contact Center, AI & CRM. We're particularly focused on our Chatbot Robin. We've got an exciting project coming up to re-design our AI platform to make it super scalable and to bring in all the latest innovations – think voice AI, multiturn conversations, memory, agent evaluation, MCP servers, and Agentic AI. Our goal is to support our customers in the absolute best way possible.

This is a fantastic chance for you to really shape our systems and processes. You'll get to lead and work closely with awesome cross-functional teams, including our business folks and developers. Together, we'll deliver cutting-edge solutions that boost how efficiently we work and make sure our architecture is rock-solid. Your responsibilities will include things like:

• Keeping a keen eye on what's happening in the (generative) AI market, staying up-to-date with trends and new tech, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Turning business needs into technical designs that fit perfectly within our overall (enterprise) architecture.
• Taking full ownership and responsibility for the quality of the technical designs and the solutions we build.
• Making sure our products are super usable by focusing on quality, performance, availability, scalability, security, privacy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Championing the capabilities your squads offer to help out other squads within our tribe.
• Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to understand all their functional and technical needs, making sure everything aligns with our project goals.

You've described a profile that's definitely customer-focused, independent, and a great conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills. It's also clear that being a team player and communicating transparently are super important qualities.

Plus, it's essential that this person:

• Thinks and works at an academic level, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, ideally Data Science.
• Has a solid understanding and experience with the Contact Center & CRM landscape, including technologies like Genesys Cloud, Azure, AWS, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Is practically experienced with architecture methods and techniques such as Archimate, DYA, or TOGAF.
• Is comfortable with Agile / Scrum practices.
• Has a good command of English (business level).
• Ideally, also has a good command of Dutch (business level).
• Isn't afraid to share their professional opinions and has an forward-thinking perspective.
• Is based in the Netherlands, able to attend physical meetings in Utrecht.
• Possesses excellent analytical skills to tackle complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
• Has exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire others and bring them along with their vision.
• Is proficient in system integration, including web services, API development, and event streaming frameworks.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
