• Keeping the Rabobank.jobs platform in tip-top shape – think stability, performance, and all the compliance boxes ticked.
• Boosting and fine-tuning those crucial pre-selection steps in our recruitment process.
• Championing the AI way of working and pushing the boundaries on developing and innovating our recruitment platform.

You've got a knack for seeing how HR's core functions weave into the bigger picture of how the organization runs. Plus, if you've already dipped your toes into recruitment processes, digital recruitment platforms, or even Workday, that's a huge plus!

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you’re the go-to person for sparking ideas, questioning the norm, and crafting brilliant solutions that make the entire user experience smooth as silk. You’re a pro at using all those business analysis best practices and methodologies, and you're fantastic at being the bridge between the IT folks and the business teams.

Here's what you'll bring to the table in terms of know-how:

• You're knowledgeable about careers platforms and digital ecosystems, and you've got a handle on important stuff like security, privacy, and cookie compliance.
• You’re comfortable working with web technologies, system integrations, and understanding how data flows.
• You have a natural inclination towards AI, innovation, and driving digital transformation.
• You've got experience in fine-tuning digital journeys and building solid business cases (BuCa's) to back up those crucial decisions.

And when it comes to your personal strengths, you're a rockstar:

• Exceptional communication skills: You make complex ideas super clear and ensure everyone's on the same page.
• Bridging the gap: You're naturally curious and effortlessly connect business needs with technical solutions.
• Proactive advice: You don't hesitate to offer up great ideas and aren't afraid to challenge the way things are done.
• Sharp organizational skills: You can easily sort through information and pull out key insights from even the most complex data.
• Logical problem-solving: You bring a clear, structured approach to tackling tough challenges.

• Experience with recruitment processes and making candidate journeys amazing.
• Knowledge of GEO and SEO optimization.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
