In this exciting position, you'll be instrumental in bringing our IT Service Management (ITSM) Data Objects and Configuration Management Systems (CMS) business rules to life. You'll be working with the impressive Global Data Platform (which is Rabobank’s data platform, built on Microsoft Azure), translating complex business needs into smart, technical solutions. If you've got a solid grasp of Azure and ITSM, this is your chance to shine!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Data Integration Magic: You'll harness the power of the Global Data Platform to seamlessly integrate and manage data from all sorts of sources.
- Azure Expertise: You’ll be using Azure services to ensure our ITSM data is not just scalable and reliable, but also super secure.
- Power BI Pro: Get ready to create dataflows, manage workspaces, and make Power BI sing!
- Business Rule Implementation: You’ll be implementing and maintaining those crucial business rules within the Configuration Management Systems, all thanks to the Global Data Platform.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key! You'll work hand-in-hand with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to really nail those business requirements.
- Monitor & Optimize: Keep a close eye on how things are running, ensure data integrity, and constantly tweak processes to make them even better.
- Document Everything: Keep clear and comprehensive records of all your processes and configurations – it's essential!

What You Bring to the Table:
Technical Chops:
- You're a pro with Microsoft Azure services (think Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure DevOps).
- Databricks knowledge is strong, and you're comfortable with Apache Airflow.
- You have a good handle on IT Service Management principles.
- You understand data integration and ETL processes inside and out.
Soft Skills:
- You're a natural problem-solver with sharp analytical skills.
- Your communication and collaboration skills in English are top-notch.
- You can work brilliantly on your own and as a fantastic team member.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
