You & Your Role:

You'll be instrumental in implementing the new Power Apps Governance Strategy from a technical governance and compliance standpoint. A key part of your role will involve supporting teams transitioning from Teams environments to Enterprise environments. As a Power Platform Security & Governance Engineer, you'll translate compliance, security, and SRMP requirements into actionable controls, guidance, and hands-on support, initially focusing on Power Apps and then expanding this governance approach to Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio.

Examples from Practice:

• Provide technical support to teams as they migrate from (Power Apps) Teams environments to Enterprise environments, covering aspects like CI registration, SRMP alignment, and security requirements.
• Assist admins and delivery teams in translating compliance, security, and IT guardrails into tangible technical controls, templates, and decision criteria.
• Further enhance the governance model within Power Platform and contribute to developing new governance strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio.
• Build and implement the latest compliance and security requirements within our platform backend. This includes updating DevOps pipelines and gateway servers, maintaining NPAs, monitoring vulnerability dashboards, supporting the release management calendar, and translating new AI developments into secure Power Platform enablement.

• This is a 36-hour per week position.
• Currently, over 800 Power Platform environments are in use across Rabobank, making robust governance crucial for secure and responsible expansion.

• Experience with Rabobank's security & compliance ("in control") processes would be a big plus!

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
