Projectleider Facilitaire Dienstverlening - cluster BCO
Jouw functie Rotterdam is altijd in beweging. De clusters van de gemeente en de huisvesting van het concern zijn hierdoor continue in ontwikkeling. Om de verschillende huisvestingsvragen te realiseren zoekt het team projecten en advies van de afdeling Facilitaire Dienstverlening (CHV) naar een ervaren projectleider met goede adviseurs kwaliteiten. We zoeken een ervaren projectleider voor het realiseren, verbouwen en het inrichten van onze panden. Als projectleider werk je zelfstandig aan één of enkele huisvestingsprojecten binnen het concern. Dit gebeurt vanuit de kaders en rekening houdend met de behoefte vanuit het primaire proces en de medewerkers. De huisvesting is als vanzelfsprekend compleet en samenwerking staat voorop.Wij zoeken voor deze functie een kandidaat voor het realiseren van een nieuwe publieksruimte en het herinrichten van de werk- en ontmoetingsruimten in het gebouw van het gemeente archief aan de Hofdijk. Daarnaast functioneer je collegiaal binnen het team en ben je inzetbaar voor andere grote en kleine huisvestingsprojecten in de kantoor-, publieks- en uitvoeringslocaties van de gemeente Rotterdam.Jouw profielAls Projectleider Facilitaire Dienstverlening ben je een gedreven en enthousiaste collega die interesse heeft in en affiniteit heeft met het leiden van huisvestingsprojecten en -opgaven. Je bent initiatiefrijk, resultaatgericht, flexibel en beschikt over goede adviesvaardigheden. Binnen de opgaven werk je in een zelfstandige rol waarbij de eindgebruikers, je directe collega’s, facility managers en adviseurs je voornaamste gesprekspartners zijn. Dit vraagt wat van jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. De functie is resultaatgericht en dynamisch. Dit vraagt om een planmatige aanpak gecombineerd met een flexibele en soms creatieve houding. Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Jouw werkgebied voor deze vacature is het organisatieonderdeel (cluster) Bestuurs- en concernondersteuning (BCO). BCO noemen we ook wel de spil van de ondersteuning van de gemeentelijke organisatie. De medewerkers van BCO zorgen ervoor dat het College van burgemeester en wethouders de stad kan besturen. Het is de schakel tussen de Rotterdammers, het stadsbestuur en de veertien gebieden. BCO verzorgt de bedrijfsvoering
voor alle clusters. De afdelingen inkoop, communicatie, ICT, Concernhuisvesting, juridische zaken, HR, onderzoek en financiën zorgen ervoor dat de clusters zich volledig kunnen richten op hun eigen taken.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde, Vastgoed of Facility Management
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met het leiden van huisvestingsprojecten, inclusief het begeleiden van huisvestingsontwikkelprocessen en het opstellen van huisvestingsplannen
• Je hebt werkervaring met E&W installaties
• Je hebt werkervaring met het opstellen van programma's van eisen, haalbaarheidsonderzoeken en besluitvormende notities, waarbij de GROTICK-aspecten zijn toegepast

Wensen:

• Je hebt werkervaring met bouwkundige projecten bij een (semi)overheidsorganisatie met minimaal 1000 medewerkers
• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B
• Je bent in het bezit van een Prince2 certificaat of vergelijkbaar

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
