As a Reporting Analyst in the Resolution Squad, you'll be a key player in making sure Rabobank Group's resolution-related disclosures are spot-on.

Functie omschrijving

Hey there! Rabobank in Utrecht is on the hunt for two sharp Reporting Analysts to join their Resolution Squad within the Tribe External Reporting. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch resolution reporting and helping Rabobank nail those new regulatory requirements for the SRB’s Expectations on Valuation Capabilities (EoVC), this might be the perfect gig for you!

You & Your Role

As a Reporting Analyst in the Resolution Squad, you'll be a key player in making sure Rabobank Group's resolution-related disclosures are spot-on. You'll dive into complex data, giving it a good validation and analysis. Plus, you'll keep a close eye on new regulatory developments, helping to build solid reporting processes that keep up with ever-changing resolution demands. Your work will directly support crucial disclosures for the Single Resolution Board (SRB) regarding valuation capabilities. You’ll be teaming up with awesome colleagues from Control, Risk, Data Foundation, and other Group functions. The insights you generate? They're the bedrock for senior management decisions and ensuring the bank stays compliant.

Given how the resolution reporting data landscape is constantly shifting, with higher expectations on valuation capabilities and a big push for data quality and automation, this role is set up to be a real challenge and a fantastic opportunity to really level up your expertise.

A Peek into Your Day-to-Day

  • You'll be involved in figuring out what new valuation dataset deliveries mean and how to turn them into practical reporting solutions.
  • You'll chat with stakeholders about your report findings, clearly explaining how those numbers came to be.
  • You'll work alongside your fellow reporting analysts to keep the reporting solution running smoothly during the reporting process.

Your Top Responsibilities:

  • Dive in to collect and validate data from all sorts of sources and complex datasets. You’ll tackle any data quality hiccups, investigate and fix inconsistencies or errors, get the Valuation Data Set ready, analyze any shifts in figures, create clear summary overviews, and prepare outcome reports.
  • Connect with stakeholders to nail down requirements and gather all the necessary documents for the Valuation Data Index. This covers over 30 different subject areas for multiple resolution entities!
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements to set up the Valuation Playbooks. This includes things like Valuation Self-Assessments, Internal Capabilities, Flexibility, and Governance, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with the Valuation Data Set.
  • Jump into process improvement initiatives, stay in touch with stakeholders, interpret new regulations and translate them into actionable reports, and help build new or improved resolution-related reporting processes.

Stronger Together

At Rabobank, we truly believe in the power of diversity. It's by bringing together our unique differences that we become an even stronger bank. We're super curious about what you'll bring to our team of Resolution Reporting Specialists. The Resolution Squad is all about ensuring that Rabobank’s resolution reporting is reliable, complete, and fully compliant. We operate within the Risk Reporting section of the Tribe External Reporting, which is part of the CFO domain. This tribe is responsible for all the regulatory reporting across the bank. Our approach? Collaboration! We're one analytically driven team within Rabobank.

Grow Personally and Make a Difference

For us, your development and contributing to a better world go hand in hand. That's why we’re keen to invest in you and work together for a brighter future. We sum it up as: ‘At Rabobank, you work on yourself and the world around you at the same time.’ You’ll see this commitment in your personal development budget, our flexible hybrid working setup, and a healthy work-life balance. You'll get to work on banking services for both private and business clients, as well as tackle societal challenges like the food and energy transitions.
