You will act as the key ambassador between our tech teams and business units, translating complex organizational needs into robust, scalable software strategies. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading architecture initiatives for strategic transformation programs within the Wind sector.
- Providing expert guidance across integration, data management, cloud strategy, and IT/OT convergence.
- Developing clear architectural roadmaps, decision records, and governance standards.
- Facilitating workshops that translate technical jargon into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
- Championing innovation and challenging the status quo to optimize our processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–10 years in senior architectural roles (Enterprise, Business, or Solution).
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in asset-intensive fields like renewables, utilities, or manufacturing is highly valued.
- Technical Mastery: A solid foundation in frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe, with deep expertise in API ecosystems, hybrid cloud, and data platforms.
- The Human Element: We need a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical partners.
- Mindset: You are proactive, self-managing, and comfortable balancing the "big picture" with the practical needs of project delivery.
Advantageous Experience
If you have a background in offshore operations, industrial IoT, SCADA, or data-driven operating models, you’ll fit right in. While English is our working language, proficiency in Dutch, German, or Danish is a wonderful bonus.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
