Senior Fiscaal Jurist - cluster DV
Jouw functie Als jurist van het team Juridische Zaken en Financiën vertegenwoordig je de organisatie in fiscaal juridische aangelegenheden en voer je verweer in beroepszaken en cassatiezaken, zowel ter zitting bij de Rechtbank, het Gerechtshof als bij de Hoge Raad.
Ook adviseer je binnen het fiscaal-juridische kader. Je geeft binnen de juridische kaders en met oog voor de bestuurlijke belangen en opgaven, gevraagd en ongevraagd juridisch advies. Je draagt je kennis over aan de diverse teams op het gebied van fiscaal- juridische vraagstukken.
Je belangrijkste taak is het behandelen van beroepszaken en cassatiezaken waarbij je:

• optreedt als gemachtigde in hoofdzakelijk fiscaal juridische procedures
• als procesjurist verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de procedurele gang van zaken in (gerechtelijke) procedures
• een uitstekende kennis hebt van de geldende procedurele regels en daarnaar handelt
• bijdraagt aan een efficiënte oplossing van geschillen
• naar een goede reputatie streeft bij de rechtsprekende macht
• je de gemeente presenteert op een zakelijke en correcte manier

Jouw profielJe combineert een scherp analytisch vermogen met een sterke focus op resultaat. Je weet complexe fiscale vraagstukken snel te doorgronden en vertaalt jouw juridische expertise naar praktische en uitvoerbare oplossingen. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de verbinding zoekt met collega's en klanten om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Je bent klantgericht, denkt in mogelijkheden en hebt een natuurlijke samenwerkingsstijl. Dankzij je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden breng je adviezen helder en overtuigend over, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waarin je onafhankelijk kunt opereren, initiatief neemt en oplossingsgericht handelt. Onze organisatie
De directie Burgerzaken en Belastingen is de backoffice van cluster Dienstverlening. Hier wordt zorggedragen voor de voorbereiding van uitgifte van bijvoorbeeld paspoort, ID-kaart en rijbewijzen. Ook gemeentelijke belastingaanslagen worden hier verzorgd, van het verzenden van de aanslag tot aan het innen.

Functie Eisen

Eisen:

• Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding in een Fiscaal Juridisch richting
• Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring in een juridische functie bij een gemeente met meer dan 200.000 inwoners
• Je hebt het minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring met het schrijven van verweerschriften

Wensen:

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met de afhandeling van cassatiezaken met groot politiek en/of financieel belang
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met het opstellen van juridisch adviezen
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met het verzorgen van juridische trainingen
• Je hebt werkervaring met het administratiesysteem Octopus

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
